Why is LOGEX acquiring Tiplu?

With the planned acquisition of Tiplu, LOGEX is strengthening its position in the German healthcare market. Tiplu is an established software provider for hospitals, with extensive expertise in integrating and structuring interoperable healthcare data and making it actionable for both administrative and clinical processes.
 
Both companies bring complementary strengths: Tiplu will continue to operate as an independent company and remain a German limited liability company (GmbH). Until completion of the transaction, LOGEX and Tiplu will continue to operate as fully independent businesses.

What does this mean for customers?

What are the plans for Tiplu?

Any future developments will be evaluated after completion of the transaction and communicated separately. Tiplu’s technology and expertise could play an important role in any future developments.

Will my contact person remain the same?

Yes, at this stage your day-to-day contact remains unchanged.

Will data be shared between LOGEX and Tiplu?
