LOGEX Healthcare Analytics AG Acquires Tiplu GmbH – Data as the Key to Better Healthcare

Berlin/Hamburg, July 8, 2026:

LOGEX, Europe's leading provider of healthcare analytics, will become the sole shareholder of Tiplu, one of Germany's leading software companies for AI-supported solutions in the hospital sector. Together with Tiplu, LOGEX will, for the first time, create a comprehensive foundation for data-driven decision-making at all levels within hospitals and clinics.

The two companies have signed the corresponding agreements. The legal completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected in the coming months. After closing, Tiplu will operate under the name "Tiplu – a LOGEX Company."

The Situation in the Hospital Market

European hospitals are under significant pressure. Rising costs, workforce shortages, and increasing quality requirements shape day-to-day operations. LOGEX processes more than 2.5 million cases annually in Germany alone, while Tiplu trains on a machine-learning network of more than 130 German hospitals. Combined, this will create one of the largest structured clinical databases for healthcare research and AI training in Germany.

Tiplu's two other co-founders, Tim Aschenberg and Peter Molitor, will leave the company voluntarily.
